Update for Supporters

Dear Supporters of Leilani's Hope!

Autumn is always a busy time for Leilani's Hope.  

Our Team has been working on a refresh of our website with an updated look and feel.   We invite you to check it out.

We also created a brochure that will be going to print soon. We want to get it into the hands of practitioners and organizations who can refer clients to us, as well as our donors who support the work we do.  

As if that hasn’t been busy enough, we are also in the midst of two fundraisers.  We love what we do as volunteers!

• Currently, we are selling Rheo Thompson chocolates, home of the iconic Mint Smoothie.  If you know, you know.  If you don't, we encourage you to give them a try!  Their chocolate is decadent. This fundraiser ends on Friday, October 31st, but there is still time to place your order. Start your Christmas shopping early and gift these sweet treats to your friends, family, school teachers, or even yourself! • On Saturday, November 15th, we will be launching our biggest fundraiser of the year — the third annual Season of Hope online auction.  Bidding will remain open up to and including Wednesday, November 19th.  We invite you to explore all the fabulous gifts and experiences we have been working hard to put together. There truly is something for everyone to bid on and to gift to that special person on your list, or for yourself!  Start your Christmas shopping early and give with purpose, supporting a local non-profit that is making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.  We will be posting a link to the auction site on the ‘Fundraisers’ page of our website https://www.lhope.ca/fundraisers and on our social media pages a few days before it starts, so that you can preview the available items. 

• Please, don't stop there; you can also register for the auction in advance so you’re ready to bid. Please keep checking back, as more items may be added up until the deadline.

It is with our utmost heartfelt gratitude that we thank you for your support. It means the world to us and to our families, many of whom are experiencing real hope for the first time due to your generous support.

If you are interested in donating on a one-time or regular basis, our website outlines the various options available. We would love for you to join hands with us in making a real difference in someone's life. Charitable receipts are issued by the end of February of each year.
